1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Alphine Solution LLC or engaging our digital, engineering, and consulting practices, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Individual client projects are further governed by custom Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of final milestone payments as specified in the client SOW, Alphine Solution assigns 100% full intellectual property ownership of the custom codebases, design artifacts, and brand assets developed for the client, excluding pre-existing open-source libraries or third-party dependencies.
3. Engineering Standards & Warranties
We warrant that all custom software and web applications are developed according to modern engineering practices, type-safe architectures, and applicable accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA). Maintenance SLAs govern ongoing uptime and security patch availability.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
